I act as a conduit between business and tech tech to define technology operations and capability (to business folk), streamline design, requirements analysis, and delivery. I prepare documentation, analysis, recommendation memos and papers.
Privacy, Information, and Public Records Management
consultation on privacy practices and public records management, and conduct information and privacy impact assessments. I develop and implement information management frameworks, design and build management tools, and train end-users.
PMO Data, Information, and Technology Management
oversee technology requirements, and deliver, conduct project planning, and data management initiatives. I also develop strong information and records management practices.
Risk and Compliance System Analysis
assess operational models and risk management systems. I conduct compliance audits, develop regulatory compliance management systems, create transition plans, and ensure everything meets regulatory standards.
